Hello,

No need to worry least chances of appendicitis.
It is mostly likely due to GERD or stones in the gall bladder.
You have done one thing start Pantoperazole once daily for 15 days.
You also avoid fatty foods, stop smoking and try fiber based diet.
You will relieve in a few days.
However, if symptoms continue reporting to the emergency room for further evaluation of gall stones, ulcers etc.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
